I'm not a doctor. I'm a designer, a researcher, and a woman who went through early perimenopause without a roadmap — and came out the other side clearer, calmer, and radically more in tune with my body.

I built Sass & Savvy because I couldn't find a resource that was both scientifically grounded and beautifully honest. Everything was either clinical and cold, or vague and full of fluff.
